About the Villa

Villa Shangri-La is accessed at road level, a very important detail as many properties in the area have extremely steep driveways! The villa is on a very quiet ‘no-through’ road, so you will not be troubled by regular passing traffic. We have a large car deck and additional parking on our adjacent land!

The villa has 4 double bedrooms (THREE of them with en-suite bathrooms) – all enjoy sea views; three have french windows onto their own balcony or terrace. Upstairs, we have created a children’s den, complete with a double and single bed, settee, TV plus Blu-Ray DVD with CD music player – all you need to ensure relaxed evenings whilst the children entertain themselves!

The large, open-plan kitchen and living room look out onto a covered terrace which keeps the interior cool and is also perfect for dining, or simply relaxing in the shade whilst enjoying the stunning views.

The large, heated pool and its terrace are entirely private and look out over the hills and ocean. We have a ‘tailor-made’ brick BBQ close at hand and have a large extended patio area with lay-downs around the pool. There is a small gate with latch to give added pool protection for the little ones! Another shaded patio area can be found underneath our mulberry (‘umbrella’) tree, at the other end of the villa!
